Flexible, supportive  enrolment options

Employees can enrol with Cple at any point throughout the year. There is no need to wait for semester dates, giving your organisation complete flexibility when onboarding new staff or planning training pathways.

Each employee is assigned a dedicated Cple Trainer and Assessor who:

• Supports them throughout their qualification
• Provides tailored guidance and workplace-specific feedback
• Acts as your single point of contact for progress updates
• Works with you to adjust training as rosters or roles change

Training models designed for real workplaces

We offer two flexible study models that can be adapted at any stage of the qualification. This ensures training always fits around your staff, their availability and your operational needs.

Option 1 Online learning

Employees complete their training through Canvas, our learning platform, with access to:

Workplace or Support Visits

Your employee’s Trainer will attend onsite every three months to conduct assessments, observations and provide personalised support.

Option 2

Hybrid (In-person + Online)

A combination of online study and in-person learning at our Gungahlin or Tuggeranong locations.

• Flexible scheduling on weekdays and evenings
• Ability to change study days weekly, fortnightly or monthly
• Ideal for teams with varied rosters or shift work

Cost-effective training through Government funding

Cple holds a Training Initiative Funding Agreement via Skills Canberra, which allows eligible employees to access subsidised training.

Our most popular option is User Choice Funding.

With User Choice Funding:

• The employee pays only an administration fee
• The Government funds the remaining course cost
• Available for new and existing permanent employees (depending on the qualification)

Real-world flexibility in action

Case study example:

At the start of their qualification, your employee may choose the hybrid model and attend in-person study sessions once a fortnight on Monday mornings.

Four months later, their roster changes and they can no longer attend daytime classes.
They contact their Trainer, who arranges regular online meetings so they can continue receiving support without interrupting their progress.

This is the level of flexibility we offer to ensure training always fits around your workplace needs.
