What is Fee-for-Service Funding?
Fee-for-Service is a great, affordable option if you are not eligible for the Government funding options. It means you can still study your chosen qualification with Cple and pay for the qualification as you progress – there is no need to pay for the entire qualification upfront!
Each qualification involves different costs, based on qualification levels and the number of units of competency.
If you have previously completed any units of competency that are included in your chosen qualification, please notify Cple as you may be eligible for Credit Transfer. Applying for Credit Transfer is free and will result in you not needing to pay for any units that have been successfully credited. Cple will assist you with this process.
Please contact Cple to discuss Government funding options prior to making the decision to enrol as a Fee-for-Service student. We will assist you to determine if you are eligible for any Government funding, such as User Choice Funding.
NOTE: If you are not yet employed on a permanent basis, you can commence as a Fee-for-Service student and then change to User Choice Funding if you find permanent employment in an ACT workplace. Cple will assist you to discuss this option with your potential employer.
When do I need to pay for the qualification?
You are not required to pay for the qualification upfront. Instead, you pay the initial Student Administration Fee upon enrolment and then pay for each module (Units of Competencies) as you progress through the qualification. When you commence each module, we will invoice you for the units you have started.
You can also arrange regular payment instalments to make your life easy and studying affordable! We will assist you to find a payment plan to suit your needs.
